Welcome back, golfers!
My name is Noah Pauze, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the Interim Golf Director at Yarmouth Golf and Curling Club. This is my second year serving on the board, and I’m thrilled to take on this new role.
We have a busy and exciting season ahead, packed with tournaments and events. Kicking things off is the Spring Shootout on May 3rd—keep an eye out for registration details. It’s always a fun-filled event and a fantastic way to start the season.
Ladies Day will begin in early June, and we encourage everyone to bring a friend or two! With weekly prizes and lots of laughs, it’s a great way to enjoy the game and build community.
The IG Wealth Management Thursday Men’s League is back and gearing up for what promises to be its most successful season yet. The progressive skin on Hole #7 is now nearing $1,500! This league continues to attract golfers from across the province and has become a summer highlight for many.
Men’s Match Play returns for its second season after a tremendous debut last year. We had an amazing turnout and some intense competition, and we’re aiming to make it even bigger and better this year. Whether you’re in it to win or just want to enjoy the friendly rivalry, it’s a great opportunity to challenge yourself and connect with fellow members throughout the summer.
Throughout the season, be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates on tournaments, course closures, social events, and volunteer opportunities. Speaking of which—please consider lending a hand if you can. Our volunteers are the backbone of Yarmouth Links, and we truly couldn’t do it without them.
Here’s to a fantastic season ahead. See you on the course!
